We are spending a day at Alton Towers in a few weeks time and have booked into the Uttoxeter Travelodge for the night before. I know its a bit of a longshot but can anyone recommend any restaurants or pubs in this area. Would be looking at a Sunday night.

Can't recommend any independant restaurants I'm afraid but there is a Brewers Fayre and Frankie & Bennys in Uttoxeter, it's a small market town.

We have got weatherspoons in the town centre, Also a few pubs that do meals as well. we also have 3-4 indians and 2 chineses the town centre, I have heard good reports about most of them. there is also loads of take aways here too.
