Hi,
I stayed here in May 2002, the aparts were ok inside, pretty basic but clean. The pools were great too for the kids and adults. Location is brilliant, aparts are central, easy to get to everywhere. They are on a main road on a round a bout, you will hear a bit of noise if you get an apart facing the road but we did nt have a problem with it.
A friend of mine stayed there last year but she did nt like it, she said it was too basic for her and in need of decorating but i suppose every one does have different tastes.

Hello
I also stayed in the Royal Apartments in May 2002 and we had a super holiday.

Just some little tips...we had a night flight from Birmingham and arrived at our apartments about 4:00am. There wasn't any shops open, the reception staff couldn't give us any change and so we were unable to buy any water for a drink. There were plenty of vending machines, but of course you need coins to operate them. It's worth buying some water at the airport. Also... there are no kettles in the apartments.... you have to hire them, but the reception staff are very helpful and arrange this for you.

The pool is lovely, but we warned... if you are taking children with you, they don't allow any inflatables in the pool.

The apartments were basic but clean and we had an enormous balcony. We were looking out over the road and although it can be a bit noisy...it didn't really bother us.

Hope you have a super time.

Peacelili

We are going to salou 5th to 15th june, I have read on some posts that you can get vouchers whilst in salou for buy one get one free entry into the themepark. Has any seen these lately please. Some places mentioned have been at hotels, although hotel name not mentioned, the red lion pub and on the back of bus tickets. I am too late too book via a website, although if any is looking teletext is much cheaper than keith prowse at the moment. Any advise would be welcome. :D

Hi,
I stayed here a few years ago and the only thing from your list that these apartments had in them was a safe. You were able to hire things such as kettles, toasters etc.... i am not sure about microwaves.
It will take you about 30 mins to get to the Royal from the airport, its actually just as you are coming into Salou centre, but it would depend on how many drop offs are done before yours.
The balcony we had was really long, they all seemed to be from what we could see, they have a table and chairs.
Have you looked on this sites hotel reviews?
