Villa Tereza is a lovely place to stay, friendly people, nice pool and bar, not far to the beach. Plenty of llovely places to eat. http://www.villatereza.com
I agree, Tereza apts are fantastic. Also recommend Little Prince Apts (fantastic food) and Voula and Romanza for the view (but steep walk up from the beach).

Hi! We stay at the Athina Hotel in San Steff and we are coing back there again in May 2008. We like this hotel it's right on the beach and it's got a large pool. The staff are very nice and friendly and very helpfull.
Another recommendation for the Athina. We stayed there in 2006.
Great hotel, friendly staff, stunning views (if you can get sea view). Half board was available at reasonable rate but we eat out often.
We would go there again but we don't go to the same place twice. The world is big and life is short.

I too would recommend the Perros Hotel. We stayed there 2006, it's in a nice location far enough away to be peaceful but near enough to the bars/tavernas. Try their website and the taxi transfer is included in the price.
