Nope, rugby is banned and illegal in Goa so no chance of it being shown

Funny they showed the 2003 Rugby World cup

Also very much doubt that its banned anyway as india is represented at the IRB http://www.irb.com/InTouch/Regions/UnionInfo.htm?Country=India

Best thing to do would be scout the local newspapers when you get there, or depending on where you are staying J20 sports bar in candolim will put it on if its on, dont see why you would have a problem though.

Just take a walk down the main Baga Road and you'll not be short of Big Screens to watch the rugby on......that's if ESPN and Star sports decide to stick it on their schedules!!
You can even watch sport in some of the restaurants over here now....I find it puts me off my dinner to be honest, all that sweat and spit!!

Last year the J20 Sports Bar in Candolim was showing the 6 Nations Rugby, all of the games.
