I can't find dates anywhere for next years parade, it's usually held on the first Saturday in March. I've not seen the actual parade but I visited Sydney the week before a few years ago and Oxford Street the day before the parade was manic. The atmosphere was great.

It is called the Sydney Mardi Gras and I googled it and it said the date for 2010 is 24 of February

I don't like to disagree with Chubby as he is on the spot but the parade is usually held on a Saturday night. I've found a couple of sites on google that state the parade is on Sat 27th February next year.
