It's fine for teenagers. We took my son last year when he was 15, he loved it. Just strolling round, listening to the music in the evenings. He is now 16 and we are off in 2 weeks. The main thing is that they meet other teenagers and all hang around together. There are bound to be a crowd of them at the Paradise club. It is one of the liveliest resorts on the island, so i would be surprised if he doesn't find it entertaining. Daytime you have the beaches and pools in your hotel. There is the water park (quite expensive but I think cheaper after 3.00 pm), someone mentioned a go-kart track. In the evenings everywhere is bustling. The hotels have facilities. I think the Hotel Cala'n Bosch has a football pitch, I am sure if he wandered over there if he is at a loose end, he will find others wanting to have a game.
My son is quite keen on the idea of the odd beer this year, I'm not sure what there rules are though.

Last year he loved an evening trip to Cala'n Forcat - if you have a car it is about 25 mins and Cuitadella (bus or car) - 15 mins

How long are you going for?

I have also heard that there is a karaoke bar near Viva that the teenagers hang out in - not sure what it is called or what age group. There is a specialist site called menorca-net which I strongly recommend you have a look on.

I hope you enjoy your holiday.

Hi Annie, thanks for that it is really reassuring to know that there will be other teenagers there I thought there would be only very young children, we are going for 2 weeks - I feel alot better about going now knowing that he shouldn't be bored.

Thanks for your reply.

We took our (then) 16 year old daughter to Paradise club 2 years ago and she made lots of friends, the Scots and Irish schools are already out so he won't be on his own.
My daughter and 3 friends are in Cala n bosch at the moment, they come back tomorrow - if it's lively enough for 4 18 year olds, he will be fine!

Now that i have told you about the football pitch I am suddenly doubting myself. I am trying to check with someone who has stayed there in the last few weeks and will post later!

My nephew will be staying there from 21st July, he is 15 so he will probably see them too.

Yes - it does have a 5-a-side pitch. And the staff get a crowd to play so it sounds like they will encourage them to join in.

Thanks to Firefox

hello

we stayed at Paradise Club a few years ago and they also had a 5 a side pitch and a tennis court on site. I recall regular 11.00 games being arranged by entertainment team for adults to take part in, good fun and then straight in the pool.

Regards
