All inclusive in Greece is not something we would ever consider. The complexes tend to be huge and often isolated from any places of Greek character. As you say these are currently only on the larger main stream islands and long may it remain so. We are not anti A.I. in the right place and have had excellent experience of the concept in Mexico but you will miss out on what Greece is all about. Thassos is a lovely island, we stayed in Skala Potamia close to one of the islands best beaches, Golden Beach. We would certainly return but with many islands still to see it might be a while.
