We are thinking of selling our house and buying a lease on a bar in PDC and a house with 3 bedrooms and pool. We have checked out the english school in Tahiche and it seems good if a little expensive for our six year old son.

We both worked in the bar trade at some point in our student days and realise that it would be hard work but my brother and partner are coming along so we can do week on week off or something like that or split up the work some way.

I know that many people come to PDC to find their fortune but we do not expect to make a killing as we have done it with our house alerady. We only want to live in a nice climate with a half decent wage as our house will be nearly paid for.

Has anybody got any advise for us. We understand we have to start with a good accountant and a Gestoria to sort our our legal documents for us.

Any advise from locals would be welcome.
