Hi, I've not done the carribean. But for days at sea, when we were on board, they had pub style quiz's, Q&A sessions. Some ice sculpting workshop, oh and bowling! There was plenty to do.
I know some friends were on the celebration and have a couple of days at sea, and they had x-box type games and dancing lessions... lots went on in all different parts of the ship.

If its two cruises, then the shows will all be different. But if its a back to back cruise, I'm not sure.
