Wow in an ideal world FWH that would be amazing. Today I have been given a hard time because it was raining!

I have never had a sorry - ever. We are the scum of the earth to the minority of folks. The guests who made me so upset in my first year of repping that I had to go behind reception and sob my heart out, gave me a hard time every single day of their stay then complained on their return that they had not seen me their whole holiday.

And then there was the gang of 12 who en-masse told me I looked like ****, I was **** at my job and my company was also ****.

The reason I looked so rough that day was because I had been up since 3am doing airport duties!

As I said in an earlier post, I take this because I actually do enjoy the job and find it very rewarding, but sometimes - not often, I wish I could really let rip and smash someones face in!

Slightly off subject, you only have to read threads on hotels to see the vast difference and expectations of people even in 5* hotels.I have to say in 25yrs holidaying with Thomsons we have only needed the Rep once and she did us a top class job.
