Less than 3 weeks to go - can't wait!
Just received our tickets and am trying to find out info on some of the new excursions. Am particularly interested in the Learn to Cook in Sardinia, if anyone has tried this, also Bracciano, Lucca, Erice (can this be done DIY from Trapani?), Bormes les Mimosas, Cassis.
Any adviced will be gratefully received.

ps - also interested in starting times, as we have decided we don't want any early starts if possible, this trip.

Gill you will need to take a taxi to the cable car on the outskirts of Trapani to get to Erice, if you don't go by taxi ........ I don't think there's a regular bus service. Erice is certainly worth seeing, preferably on your own and without a crowd!
