HELLO,I think its time I posted comments on VIRGIN RAIL. Phone direct to them book your assistance, the staff are unfailingley helpful,thats from contacting them, to arriving for their trains. The station and train staff in my opinion are flawless nothing is too much trouble for them,from helping on with the chair to transporting the luggage NO one of them ever accepts a tip. This time when I called to book assistance I was upgraded to FIRST CLASS, A first class service from a first class staff on a first class network,recommended to anyone thankyou all and cheers maxie
