Four fantastic pools, brilliant water slide enjoyed by the adults as much as the children.
Lots of sun loungers and huge soft clean towels provided every day for the pool and loads of clean towels provided in the room every day. Maid service fantastic room cleaned every day by a really friendly maid.
Lovely hotel in general has problem with air conditioning - fixed within minutes of a phone call to reception.
Best holiday we have had would go back tomorrow...my biggest worry for holidays is I hate anything that crawls glad to say there was no problems at Lordos beach..

The hotel itself was wonderful. Every where was very clean, our room was cleaned every day no matter what time we left it we would always come back to a prestine room.
The downside of our holiday was the food. Varied selection but it was never hot just barely warm.
I cannot fault the hotel staff. They always had a smile on their face and were very friendly. The restaurant staff are eager to clear your plates regardless if one of your party is still eating! The one night of entertainment we had was a cypriot night. We enjoyed this.
The hotel is a bit remote so a car is recommended. There is bus stop outside the hotel which runs every 30mins to larnaca town centre. Larnaca town is about 10 - 15 mins by car.

This was my 3rd time at the Lordos and my husbands 7th. This time I took my 11 year old daughter and she really enjoyed herself using all the hotel's facilities, swimming pools, games room etc.
Hotel is kept immaculately clean, buffet breakfasts are brilliant and cater for everyone's choice. Evening meals are not what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre but there are such a wide choice of restaurants across the road or a short drive away that all preferences are catered for.
Entertainment consists of one man each night playing various instruments but was supplemented on various nights by other visiting entertainers.
Very easy access to beach which is situated at the rear of the hotel with free sunbeds for residents.
Hotel staff are very friendly and take pride in making sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Rooms are a very good size and cleaned daily including towels if required.

A nice clean hotel with four fantastic outdoor and one indoor pool, kids pool was superb with a waterslide although not suitable for under fours due to difficult steps up. Children's playpark was very poor, it was too hot in the daytime and too dark in the evenings.
Plenty of sunbeds and towels provided free of charge.
Meals were a mix of buffet and waiter service and could have been a lot better, temperature of food was merely warm although on the night that I sent the food back i was offered an alternative, nothing was too much trouble. There was no children's choice and portions served were as per adults. My kids lived on bread and cakes for two weeks.
Entertainment was provided by the hotel one man every night same time, same songs, same witty comments, nothing for the children.I would recommend lordos to anyone however i would say go B&B and eat out at the local restauants. Larnaca itself is 10mins drive from the hotel where you will be spoilt for choice in restaurants.To see anything of cyprus from this hotel you will need to hire a car.
