Very disapointed with the hotel rooms, very shabby and the towels are so old they felt really hard When on first arrival it seemed so nice with a really nice lobby but thats where it ends.
The hotel has a connecting bar with live music which was good and food very nice.
The hotel is just 2 mins from the night life and also 2 mins away from the beach how ever you must walk to your left or right for about 10 mins to find a place suitable for sunbathing as the main beach is full of rubbish stayed for 4 nights but won't be going again.

The hotel was being painted during our stay but the staff did everything to ensure that we were not inconvenienced. The hotel is only a stone's throw from the beach and very convenient for all the bars & restaurants. It's tucked away down the side so it can be tricky to spot, but we found the quality of the rooms and the service to be excellent.
(PS I only found this review site by chance while trying to find the hotel telephone number to make another booking for the New Year!)

We got to know of this hotel by chance as we were walking down the road. We stayed for a week. The location is so apt for any holiday lovers, with the beach just being a walking distance. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant was just superb. Anything that you order is just delicious, we specially liked the lamb stew. The live music was good as well as the choice of music too. We are looking forward to spending another holiday here. We specially like the lovely alsatian dog who was so loving and friendly

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel when we visited south Goa, we usually stay North. We thought it was conveniently located, and looked good. We got a good deal as week paid upfront for a week towards the end of season.
Our only compliant is that although the hotel is clean it could do with a lick of paint. The hotel staff were friendly, and there was entertainment(!) in the bar at night. We are going to visit this hotel again in March 07.
