Checked in with ease. Bags taken by porters off to room as we were early but told that would get it ready asap which they did.
Excellent reception staff. Nothing too much trouble. We had a garden room (ground floor overlooking the temple) which was huge - room 139, decoration looking abit tired was was spotlessly cleaned every day.
Came back once though and the maid had left the patio door open - not too clever seeing as we were on the ground floor but it didnt cause a problem. Other room was a garden room but upgraded to a seaview room (251) for 12LM per night.
View lovely but room wasnt as nice as ground floor.
Breakfast was great, far too much choice! juice is watered down though. Happy hour in temple bar at the dolmen every eve 6 - 7, everything except coffee and champagne.
Used the spa. Treatments great but indoor pool not very warm and sauna wasnt working. Towels hired for a deposit.
The hotels delos bar very welcoming and friendly staff - snacks expensive compared to bars in the town.

When checking in we found the reception staff very helpful. The cleaners and bar staff were also friendly. All the rooms and corridors are carpeted so it is very quiet at nights.
This hotel was full of people at conferences and there were not many other visitors there. There was not much choice of food and occasionally it was cold.
The drinks were reasonably priced but we were very disappointed as there was no entertainment at all during the week. At this time of the year you need entertainment in the hotel (which was advertised).

On arrival with my daughter & son-in-law check in was quick and easy, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Luggage taken to our room by hotel porter.
The room was high floor with fantastic sea view across st Paul's bay, we actually were staying in a friends timeshare apartment but we did look at the hotel bedrooms and found them to be spacious and well furnished,(high floor sea view rooms are best) Cleaning staff were really excellent.
We had breakfast in the hotel which was well cooked and plentiful, other guests we spoke to said the main meals were of the highest quality.
Pool area was fantastic, very well maintained with lots of sunbeds and parasols available, indoor pool and health spa also very good.
Entertainment enjoyable.
Hotel location right on the sea front, all staff great, will go again.
