We had a lovely room. Very spacious. Friendly reception staff who helped with pointing out good areas on a map. Hotel has tram to centre just outside although we just walked everywhere. Lovely restaurants close by.
The one thing that spoiled it was the faulty air conditioning. Very weak and controls didn't change the output. It was hot when we were there. I just couldn't sleep comfortably. We arrived early evening and realised the a/c wasn't great. We spoke to reception on our way out and hoped it would be fixed on our return. We were told that it had been looked at but there was absolutely no change. We requested a room change and got a move to a smaller room which was only marginally better but was easier to cool by opening Windows.
Would I return? Yes if it was not in the summer.
