We arrived after midnight due to mix up at Gatwick which was not FC fault.

Was given a room with a window only after handing over confirmation from FC that stated "twin room with private facilities, balcony or terrace" was told not guaranteed (no mention from FC) and these rooms are usually allocated to couples or last minute bookers so if you are one of these and given a room for the first floor - be warned!

The rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday and the air-con is a great relief as it got very hot whilst we were there.

Pool area was clean and plenty of beds available. The pool itself was small and at times got too overcrowded.

Sound proofing was not top of the list when the hotel was built, and still is not! The walls and doors may well have been built of paper. Some nights you may well slept in the corridor! They could at least put mats in the hallways to drown the sound of kids running up and down at 2am!

The entertainment was ace, I take my hat of to the 2 girls, especially Ceci, they were fantastic, as were the hotel staff.

Food was great, very varied although we have stayed at smaller hotels with more choice. Chips every day if that

If you are looking for a relaxing break with a quiet drink by the beach or pool this is the hotel for you. It is not for those looking for a noisy night life - if that is what you're after the neighbouring resorts of Cala n Forcat & Los Delfines would be more up your street.

This hotel is spotless. Maids came in and made the beds and cleaned everyday. Hang your card on the door, put dirty towels in the bath and you'll get new ones. The pool area was very clean as were the dining room and bar area. The outside of the hotel was freshly painted and looked immaculate.

The food was wonderful. However, if you go All Inclusive be careful not to pile your plate with everything you see at every mealtime, otherwise by the end of the week you'll think there isn't much choice. There is plenty of different food to chose from to suit all tastes at every mealtime. Ice creams for kids are free all day in the freezer in the dining room.

The location of the hotel was lovely. We had a balcony on the first floor overlooking the lovely little sandy beach. The beach is small but it is nice and sandy. They do have a problem with jelly fish. Not the big variety we have in the UK, these are small orange ones, not dangerous, but they do deliver a bit of a wasplike sting. We spent most of our time around the pool (which was cool in May but not freezing)lounging on sun beds, drinking Sangria and really doing very little else. We visited the local towns of Cala n Forcat and Los Delfines which have many places to eat and drink and we also went to the Aqua Park in Cala n Forcat (cheaper afer 3pm I think - 2 adults & 1 child 24 Euros). They have some huge water slides that entertained my 13 and 11 year olds for a good couple of hours whilst I relaxed in the jacuzzi pool!

All of the hotel staff were very polite and if you make the effort to speak to them in Spanish they are delighted and become very friendly.

The entertainment staff were good and managed to keep guests happy with rifle shooting, darts, shuffleboard and archery daily around the hotel.

The evening entertainment was a little bit "Butlins" with bingo followed by an act of some description. To be honest I only saw two shows but they were good.

On the whole a really nice hotel which I would most definitely visit again.

This hotel is in a lovely position very close to a safe cove/beach. Thought that the paddling pool for the children was too slippery and too deep but being so close to the beach overpowered this.
The food that is laid on is of a reasonably high standard with something for every taste, the only down sidw was that although the hotel offers a childs eating hour there was nothing put out at a later time for the younger guests that couldn't attend.
The entertainment was ok, nothing to rave about but when you pay on average

When we got there first impressions of the hotel was good but the receptions staff wasn't as helpful as they could have been. We got 3 rooms allocated to us, 2 of the rooms were very good clean and spacious but wasn't very happy with two single beds and bunk beds would have preferred a double bed and bunk beds in both the 2 big rooms, the single room we got was disgusting there wasn't room to swing a cat and bang outside the window was a big extractor fan which made a racket until the early hours.

In the 2 bigger rooms there was lots of hanging space and storage. The second and first floors have the biggest balconies. The lift is very small and it sometimes goes straight past.

The bar staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome but the dining room staff seem very miserable and I found that the head chef watch everyone and how much food you got.

My daughter got told off for going to get some more chips as there wasn't a lot on the menu for child it was more for adults. You couldn't take any food out of the dining room not even ice cream not even an apple.

The chairs in the main entertainment area inside were very uncomfortable so we took the outside chairs inside much more comfortable. The rep was unhelpful, unreliable, uncoprative didn't seem to care what was going on and never smiled once.

We took a weeks break here from the 9th August, which we booked direct on the net 2 weeks before we went. (Last minute decision to find some sun)

This was our first 'All Inclusive' holiday and we did wonder what it would be like. On arrival we were told we would have to wear sealed arm bands for the duration of our stay. Our sons of 13 and 16 and ourselves were not keen on this, it was like being a prisoner.

Our rooms were on the 5th floor (2 x twins without a sea view) were very small but clean. This is obviously a 60's style hotel that had been modernised to include air conditioning.

Food is all buffet style and available from breakfast time until midnight. It is by no means ala Carte but there was always something to suit most tastes (Including Vegetarian) and as usual chips were available with everything LOL.

The hotel is situated a stones throw from the small beach which is at the end of a rocky inlet.

The staff were very good and kept busy serving the All Inclusive food/drinks and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Entertainment at the hotel was good for a small hotel and there was something to do for adults and children from 11am each day. There is little to do here however for teenagers except the swimming in the small swiming pool or playing a game of pool. The hotel grounds are also quite small and there was the usual morning rush to find a sunbed in the right place. (Sunbeds were a bit grubby and could do with a clean)

My family and I would not stay here again but it is ideal for those families with children under 10 years of age.

The hotel cleanliness was great ,if you need a towel change just do as the info ask's(put yer towels into the bath before the cleaner arrives in the morning).

The food is great too with a good selection, yes there is chips on offer every time but you dont have to have them!...yes the waitress does clean your tables up fast but thats good isn't it you complain if they left dirty plates around.

Hotel location is a great base, and if you do look around you will find all the coves close bye,but i would still recomend a car to reach some of the further destanations eg toro.

All the staff where great, reception always there to help,as with the bar staff ready to get you drunk.

Entertaiment... well they tried it just got a bit routine, this was the line up..... kids mini disco followed by bingo then your live entertainment which was good, then a selection of songs but there were the same every night.

This was our first time all inclusive and found it great with a good selection on offer with the chefs special at evening dinner, and it taste good too. The only down fall for us was it said in the brochure unlimited ice cream for kids, but it isn't on all through the day(only on at meal times).

The hotel rooms where clean when we arrived and stayed that way, with the maid coming in every day to see if you needed a towel change, and twice a week to change bedding.

All in our party were satisfied with the location of the hotel. If you like the benefits of a quiet location with the option to travel to other livelier resorts then this is the place with Cala 'N Forcat just 10 min walk.

The beach, just down the steps at the back of the hotel, on an evening is must to vist with the bar selling cocktails and candles alight just nice and peaceful, somthing different if you dont want to go too far from the hotel even if you go down for 1 hour(while bingo's on)lol.

All the staff were great

Entertainment was ok but we could have done with a few other songs it was the same every night, first the kids disco followd by bingo, followed by live entertainment(diffrent each night) then here you have it the same selection of songs lol.

Yes I would come back to this hotel(but i might take some cd's) lol.

All was good.

Very good medium sized hotel.

Kids were in the pool for part of the day, then in the kids club for the rest of the day. Peace !!

Only had one day away from the Hotel to drive over the island not that nuch to see so its best not to waste money on Car hire.

ICE CREAM is free all day if you go into the restaurant and get the small pots from the freezer.

Entertainment was good and the hosts were great, The drinks were in small glasses but you could order more than one at a time...and its free.

Would love to go back to Menorca someday and would stay at this hotel again.

The food was very good did not eat out 1s did not have to Q for a drink very long the bar staff where very nice.
Our room 410 had a great view if you put a piece of card in the air con it will keep on all the time.
they now have a pc there so u can go on the net when u are there and you can be upgraded to gold all it dos is when u go to the bar you get served first and had your own table in the restuarant and a basket of fruit in your room and 1 special meal and 1 special drink we did not see the point in upgrading to gold.
The beach was small but nice the hotel had games under the trees on the beach.
P.S the drinks are in small cups we went and brought our own BIG cups.
