Superb hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive and could not be faulted. We also ate in the Chinese restaurant where the decor was beautiful, service good and meals of a good quality with large portions.
The staff were exceedingly courteous and were always very helpful.
The carpets on the landings looked brand new and were very plush. The bedrooms were a good size, spotlessly clean, had free Wi-Fi and were very quiet. The bathroom was large and well stocked with toiletries.
We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bangkok.

This hotel is disgraceful. First we were not given any keys to get into the room, which the staff found amusing. We were given twin rooms and was told there were no double rooms available.
The decor was old and dated, cig burns in the curtains, the bathroom was full of scum in and around the bath. Numerous cockroaches were in the room including the beds. The TV channels did not work. The pool was not clean and I wouldn't wash my dog in it.
The breakfast was disgusting, the smell alone made you feel sick. The location is right away from anything. The entertainment commenced at 2230hrs and could be heard 7 floors up, this went on until the early hours of the morning.
The hotel is a joke. I couldn't wait to check out.

This hotel is not a good choice if you want to sleep, we changed rooms 3 times and still ended up in the reception at 3 am with the noise not good at all. Single glazed windows in a towerblock on a busy 6 lane road, not good avoid at all costs too noisey.
