this hotel was brilliant for all the family a fun resort is a good resort the only thing is the break dancers done a back wards flip and land on sumones table and the table broke and glass went every where but this hotel is brilliant really cool water slides and everything u can relax !!

Ok the hotel was absolutly amazing, The staff were amazing [shaggy,apacci,gem & billy] because they attend to your every need and are always really great to talk to. The location was amazing aswell, lots of bars and clubs around. Locals great never any hasel either.

After reading the reports about this hotel I was a bit worried.
However when we arrived at 8:30 on the 25 May we were amazed and convinced they had put us in the wrong hotel for the price we paid.
We spent most of our time in the HAPPY BROTHERS BAR as the staff (BILLY, CASPER, APACHE, SELLO AND OF COURSE CRAZY AND DJ MUSTI) were brilliant made us feel right at home were very friendly and honestly made our holiday so much so that we have already decided we will be back there with more friends in 12 weeks time.
Another bonus was Anna Marie she was lovely always there for a dance and a chat.
Really cannot wait to get back there to see everyone so anyone thinking of going to this hotel I suggest you do.
I have found the perfect holiday destination. The evening entertainment was brilliant have to give a shout to apache and his fire shows. DJ usti for always providing the best music I also bought the cd's and 3 of the Happy Brothers shirts the rooms were lovely, and the maid was there everyday to see if we needed anything.
The food was lovely. Also on hand was our tour rep Michelle although we never had any problems. All thats left to say is see you soon flowers you know who you are.

We stopped in the Portobello Apartments and it was great we stopped in the D block and it was clean and I would go back there.
The reception was not very helpful as we got there on the 3rd of October and we had not electricity for three days and reception didn't want to no.
The rooms was only basic but you only sleep in the room. The staff was great but at big fingers they was a bit moody but at happy Chinese they was helpful, friendly and had no hassle.
The following waiters and people was the Bestjem, Harun, Fireman, Candy floss man, Photoman, Denize, Reggy, Robin, Adam, Daniel and many more.
The portobello apartments was very clean and big
it is a large complex and would go back again.
We meet lots of people and my daughther made lots of mates there names was Amie, James, Kieran, Tia, Tiama, Chloe, Matthew, Kelsey, Holly and more but I would recommend the Portobello Apartments to anyone and people with kids.
I recommend these restaurants to anyone big fingers, piccadilly, portofino, happy chinese was the best and cheapest.

We arrived at portopello apartments at early hours in the morning and we had a walk about and there was a bar there so we stayed there till mid-day the waiter was so friendly we had to stay.
My child met some friends there but only got 1 of the girls names and that was Kelly. the entertainment on a night was really good we went there every night just to watch it! One of the waiters was really kind and kept coming over for a chat but they do get a little pushy always asking you if you want a drink or something to eat.
It is a place I say would suit families with kids because of the slides and the pools while we sunbathe I will definitely be going back next year but not flying with Thomson again due to our 18 hr delay.

Portobello hotel was very nice would go again. All the staff at Portobello were really friendly and great.
Would stay again in the future..
The staff at monohair were very friendly especially Demiz,Reggie and Harmout..
Places to eat were excellent would recommend anything from Portofino,Happy chinese,Piccadilly and many more...
Really enjoyed the holiday it was fun and a laugh.
On behalf of me and kay, we would go back for Demiz and Alex xx

Stayed in the Portobelo Apartments in Oct 06 we were on the ground floor which was perfect as we could sit on our balcony while my little sister played safely in the kids pool.
There was ample swimming area's with 6 slides also.
The entertainment at night was the usual breakdancers or belly dancers but even at that it was still very very good. The staff also made sure you had fun with fireshows and getting you up to dance on the bar (trust me I have the bruises to prove it - though I had great fun doing it) you must do this as it's hilariously great fun.
The location of the hotel is pretty much central to everything around you 5/10 min walk to the beach, markets all round 15 min journey on the local bus to Icmeler again lots of markets to see. There's still lots of trips to be taken at this time of year but I'd advise going nearer the beach as it works out slightly cheaper.
If you ever go to Turkey make it Marmaris and the Portobello Apartments and make sure you say hi to Billy, Casper, Apache, Musti and Edie these guys are the best!!!!

Although we were on self catering we did eat in the Happy Chinese Restaurant most evenings and have to say quality of the food was pretty good and reasonable priced also.
Entertainment was very good although i'm not a big fan of snakes so I made sure I was out of the complex for the snake charming show eek.
My daughter Lauren was 6 at the time of our holiday so to keep her amused at night (as like most children she bore's easily) i took her gameboy along however I would advise taking an extra one for the staff (Billy & Casper) as they tend to play it more than the kids did hahaha.
We have allready booked our next holiday back @ the Portobello Apartments for Oct next year so hopefully the same lads will be there again as they were the ones that made the holiday what it was a fun, safe, entertainin, laughable affair thanks boys xx.

Stayed at the Portobello apts. in L block, luckily according to some reviews.
Would not rate the hotel staff, harldy ever smiled or acknowledged you. Most of the maids were friendly.
Only ate once at the Big Fingers restuarant after waiting 35 mins on a breakfast and two plates of chips then still having to ask where it was, didnt go back. Ate a few times and had a drink most nights at Happy Chinese, food here was fine day and night.
Even enjoyed our drink on the night of Thunder storm, power cuts but staff still served you and got you as close as possible into bar or even sitting on it just to keep dry. Staff here (Casper, Billy, Sevash, Woosti, Arron, Jemi, Crazy just a few too mention) very friendly and helpful - arranged a birthday cake for my daughter, had a good laugh with them all.
Pools cold but good size. Kids loved the slides as did hubby. Plenty of loungers prob cause of time of year we went but expect very busy in high season. Thanks to Sami, her mum, Uncle Billy, friends and sister Lauren for sharing Tiffany's birthday with her. Im sure you will read this Sami as I think yours is the review left before mine.

Just got back from the Portabello went for a quiet week.
It was far from it. Had a really good time I have been in this hotel many times, but this was really the best.
Te hotel was really clean, the side gate was open which made it much better. It was a lot easier to get on to the main road.
The staff were great and the entertainment was brilliant. Especially in the Happy Chinese. Spent all our time in there. The lads were great. Really looked after us. Musty doing the music was fab.
The food in both bars was good thanks every one who worked there.
