HELLO.this is a freshly refurbished hotel (formly The AYDERIA)It has been leased by a new company,It has new balconys,updated plaster work and exterior re-rendered and painted,New double Glazing all round and new laminate flooring in rooms and corridors, even the lifts have been refurbished.
The room we had was a double family room it was spacious well appointed though lacking a full chest of drawers,beds are new ,bedding changed every 2 days or so or on request(though to sheets are a tad small)
The new balconys had excellent views, well sized and pleasant to sit and read on or drink tea.
Our maid was excellent and honest all moneys left or dropped was left alone or sat up on tv.
hotel is very clean though grass could do with re seeding..
Their is a hairdresser,tatoo parlor,sauna and gym on first floor and a pay bar on ground floor next to hairdresser which is open till midnight or later
The staff are pleasant well mannered and happy to please.
One though is casanova beware of jan,girls be warned ,though he is a laugh.
entertainment leaves much to be desired though it may improve next yeartoo little on too late at night.
The food caters to russian east european, turkish and uk guests,the food is well presented, though main courses are only 4 fish chicken meat rice, though very much along childhood lines ie if you dont eat it for lunch you will have it again at teatime,salads and soup are in abundance and remember BRITS are only smallish proportion of guests overall,
If you can complain payinf 16 pounds a day for food drink ,and board well go 5 star and be served the same in as here its turkey remember.
safe is pricey at 30 pounds for 2 weeks.
