This is a friendly place, the staff are great.
We had sky tv in our room plus a toaster, if you have been visiting Marmaris these are a bonus, even had a microwave they are realy trying to make it like home. Top marks for this place.
Ausi one and Ausi two were great. We met a family there who were great we got on so well and when you come home you miss them, but we always ring Top hotel for meeting. Mandy and Matty love you both and the kids were very very good. Ausi two had fun with the two youngest so my mate could rest they were fab.
Armutulan is really great you are away from the hussle and bustle of the front. Nobody bothers you and the drinks are cheaper me and Mandy found that out with the cocktails.

We stayed at villa sun june 2003. Had had a great time there were nine in our party altogether.
The kids had a great time and the bar staff were great. Also the manager was a friendly chap and always up for a laugh and a joke, the hotel was quite busy , yet all staff had time to pamper you.
There was a baby pool and big pool at a recommended size. The food was delicious and very cheap. There was either bingo or bbq night, or even turkish night. You may also be invited to the odd wedding doo.
The maids were very nice and happy, and made a great job, they would even fold your dirty washing,they would cherish a little tip even if its 10pence.
The rooms were a reasonable size and very modern and cozy. You had a electrical stove, kettle, toaster, and many pots and pans, which were immaculate, like brand new. The bathroom was very clean , and a nice soft shower, not hard like the others.
The balconys had a great view especially the side views as you cold see most of Marmaris from them. You would have a table and chairs on your balcony, and a mini washing line.
The bed clothes were changed every day, and so were the towels, the beds were very comfortable unlike others.
