There were a few disabled people on ship while we were there. I didn't hear of anybody having any difficulties. All the crew are wonderful and will be only too happy to help.
We started off in Santa Cruz, then visited Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de la Palma, funchal, madeira, Morocco and then back to Santa Cruz. I think I remembered them all there It was our first cruise too and we loved it

Hi Cassie I returned last week from the Island Escape and did the Colourful coasts - from Tenerife, which was:

Tenerife, Gran Canaria, La Palma, Maderia, Morocco, then day at sea, Lanzarote then back to Tenerife.

There were less able bodied passengers who made full use of the lifts for which there are quite a few, and the ships crew will always offer assistance when needed. I have posted my review a couple of days ago but it's not showing yet as needs to be reviewed by the Mods, but should be there soon - I have given full account of all the ship facilities I think - so if you like check back in a day or so and should be there.
