There does seem to be an anomaly with the date as in the description it says it happenned on Aug 19 last year. The date at the top of the report is June 2009, but it is today's Telegraph. The Daily Mail (after searching for "retired boxer, 72" ) also confirms the story as 30th June 2009 as the date of the report, but its embedded in todays news. So I agree its an old story shown in todays news after a search. The link is being passed on and reposted virally to loads of forums this week, but some instances show it in forums back in 2010.

Who cares, its a good story. The bad news is the villain will be out by now.
