I read a review of someone going on a centre parks holiday alone - they were doing it to see if such a family orientated resort would be suitable for someone alone. I'll see if I can find it.

The answer was yes by the way - absolutely loads to do.

Why not visit somewhere like CHESTER, or SCARBOROUGH? Plenty to do and no need to be part of a couple or even a group.

maybe a yoga holiday or cooking trip would be appealing?
i bet lots of people do those alone..
