the price on Jet airways from Mumbai to Goa,and back, on the dates we are using has gone up by 356 pounds it is now 488 pounds for the two of us.

just an update incase anybody needs to know, that my boyfirend got his visa returned ok this morning! This was after them ringing up to say his signature did not mathc his passport even tohugh it was exactly the same!
anyway after sending off the form again resigned the visa has been granted and all is ok! So incase this happens to you it looks like something is going on with thema t there end and it should get sorted out for you.
In all his took 3 weeks to come back!
Fizzy2: when i printed my fomr out it only came out on one sheet, so cant help you here. But if in doubt sign and date it so they have no excuses

I didn't Fizzy, I think that the other form is just a checklist for your own benefit to ensure you have enclosed all the relevant things.
Well I can't believe it! I sent off our applications on Monday, they were received at Hayes yesterday morning, the online tracking this morning says that they have been forward to the HCI London yesterday!!!! Let's hope they keep this up!

Fizzy as my applications have been passed on to the HCI so quickly you obviously do not need to send the checklist too
I did for both the passports, but I know some did not. Rather safe than sorry.
Chilly did you send to Goswell Road? I sent ours to Hayes, hoping that they would arrive before everyone redirected the mail to there.
yes Miccie sent to Goswell road??? but when i just looked on website it still says to send to Goswell Road??!! its very stressful isnt it and its not even my visa (although I am doing it ) but its giving me a taste of what everyone goes through!! its a bad situation for people all the waiting not knowing and worrying about not only their visa but their passport!!

I agree chilly, I was in the dilemma of where to send it as their website stated from the 15th, but I thought that I was so close, with the applications due to arrive on the 14th, it was worth a chance. Also, if you see my previous reply, I asked asmithee of IM (who appears to be working at VFS) where to send and his reply implied that I could send to either.
It's just nice to see the online tracking kept up to date, makes you feel better knowing where in the system your passport is and at least acknowledges safe receipt. I can cope with them being away for a couple of weeks, if I have confirmation that they are in safe hands!
