I can't comment on Riu Touareg however I have stayed at the Riu Karamboa and we couldn't fault a thing. We had an absolutely amazing time, and would absolutely love to go back one day

The Riu Karamboa is not suitable for wheelchair users, and people with walking difficulties may struggle. Worth bearing in mind. I am aware of a couple who allege their honeymoon was ruined because of lack of proper disabled facilities at the hotel and they are in the process of suing Thompson for compensation.
