Have you enquired are there many steps in the complex itself?

As you are booked in there is little you can do except make the best of it.

My mother walks with a stick and she would have found this area a bit too difficult, not so much hills but steepish inclines and if she were to walk along the from Fanabe Beach to the marina this is quite steep for someone with mobilty problems. Just back from there and I did see quite a few people riding around on mobility scooters. You can hire them out there.
