I haven't done this trip myself but know of a few people who have and they've said it was a very long day. A boat trip to Symi would prob. be long enough for a little one and is a good day out. HTH. Anne

I think it was about €21 on the ferry to Tilos, which was about half way to Kos and the same Catamaran. The ship operators don't seem to like haggling since the €uro came in. I was asked how far I could go for that price in England. I told them London and back for £3 on Megabus from Leeds.

He wasn't impressed.
