sugestions needed.

My 50th in march 2008, and would like to go somewhere really nice with my partner. Budget between £800-£1000 each.

would like to go somewhere really nice mid april. Somewhere hottish, but not too hot. Not toooooooo long a flight, as I'm not the best flyer. Like the beach, but not one to sit on it all day, so need things to do/go and see - but also fairly relaxing.

so fairly wide choice and open to suggestions.......

Side in Turkey has some lovely hotels near to the old town.I went last March and the weather was lovely.I have just priced for this April for the hotel Hemera(no 1 on trip advisor) and its £980 for 2 people 2 weeks AI.Its a really lovely hotel and Side has an interesting old roman town(in ruins).Sharm also has some great hotels but less places to "wander".Flight times are between 4-5 hours depending of where you are flying from.
