A very worrying incident of overbooking on an easyjet flight , not only affecting a 15 year old but also the failure to follow the correct procedures

                More reports about overbooking , and it does highlight that people do really need to know their rights and the procedures that should be adhered to , ok , so it's not likely to happen to most people but airlines don't seem to be covering themselves in glory at dealing with the problem when it does occur
