Hello... Can anybody offer some advice. Off to Turkey in August with ej. If a I wanted to take a child's fold up scooter, how could this be done? If it can be done at all???

Thanks

A lot will depend on the size - I assume that you are not talking about a disability aid? If it folds up to a size that will fit in a checked-in case then I can't see that there will be a problem but it might take up a lot of room and/or weight from your checked-in baggage allowance that you are unwilling to give up. Similarly, if it can be packed into a holdall that is within the size limit for cabin baggage then you'll probably be OK too as long as EJ still have their 'no max weight as long as you can lift it into the overhead locker yourself' rule in place but remember that it will count as one person's cabin baggage and couldn't be carried as an addition to hand luggage.

However, if neither of these is an option then I think that you're stuck and it will ahve to be elft at home - unless you can convince EasyJet that it's a piece of sports equipment because different rules apply! But to put your mind at rest, the best idea is probably to check direct with EJ themselves.

Can anyone remind me how to add API to and Easyjet booking please? I booked ages ago and can't remember if I added it at the time. Checking my confirmation it reminds you that you need to go to manage bookings, but I can't see anywhere to add it, and I can't tell if I already have added it! Flying on Monday. Thanks.

If you havnt it should flash up on your booking page for you to add them Pat . Sounds like you have already done it

They do tend to send out automated emails a few weeks before if you havnt already done so .

Thanks Lyn - I didn't get any reminder, so I presume I must have done it...their website is not the best however.

I dont even think there is a way of confirming you have done it Pat. From memory the system only tells you if you havnt .

It's Krakow time isnt it Pat . Have a lovely time

easy jet check in online

want to check in for both flights

return flight time has changed by a 1 hour, so says disrupted , iam not changing the flight , so says I do not have to do anything

when i ask to print all the boarding cards out i can only print the outbound cards out, it still says return flight disrupted and will not let you board and tells you
to go back to my bookings, when you do this if not changing flight you do not have to do anything?

2 possible reasons

either they still haven't fixed the time of the flight and what youa re lloking at is the current hoped for.

or, you are too early for online checkin.

We are due to go easyjet from stansted to dalaman with my 2 year old grandaughter, can we bring a pushchair? I couldnt see anywhere to add it when booking?
also what do you need to do if you check in online with your hold baggage and the pushchair? many thanks la

la-lapinkfluff,

A pushchair is fine and will be collected at the boarding gate for loading on to the aircraft. A pushchair isn't included as part of baggage allowance.

I have printed off my boarding passes does that mean I have checked in as I can't seem to see a link for check in. We are just travelling with hand luggage. Haven't flown with easyjet for a while and the web page seems to be different. Many thanks.

wilson2579,

If you've got as far as printing your boarding card, then you're checked-in. Make sure you don't detach the lower portion of the boarding pass, that must be done by the gate agent so take the full page.

Yes your are checked in for your flight. And since you have said you only have hand luggage, you can go through security into departures & miss out the check-in desks. Oops Dazbo beat me to it.

Just make sure your hand luggage is within the Easyjet sizes. Depending on the mood of the gate staff & if they are sticking to the bag sizies. If the bag(s) are to large & doesn't fit in the bag gauge, it will cost £40 to put it in the hold & will have to be paid for before you can board the flight.

Thanks for your answers. We have the same bags we have used for a few years for Ryanair and Easyjet and they fit in the guage so unless they have become smaller we shouldn't have a problem. Thanks again.

When we flew with EasyJet last month, they were being very strict with hand luggage. Might be best to check the measurements just to be sure. The allowance is one bag measuring a maximum of 56 x 45 x 25cm. And of course you still have to prove you can lift it up into the overhead lockers. We made a mistake last time and I had the heavy one to lift at the check-in desk! :tongue
