Just a heads up to say that someone on another forum that I am a member of, has discovered a possible way of getting free airport parking.

It involves booking airport car parking through monarch/essential travel. These sites offer a guarantee that if you find cheaper parking then they will refund your money and you will park for free.
I booked parking with them for August and was able to find it £1 cheaper on another site. I emailed them screenshots etc and they have just confirmed that I will be getting a full refund and will be parking for free.
If you go through the thread in the link that I have posted you will see that lots of people have successfully managed to get free parking.
