It's right next door to Ingo's night market.... Although I'm not sure what times it's open
opens at 4pm, not sure until when, we took our son 14 and our taxi driver came on track too with us, 6 in all, had a blast after a totally chilled day at Mandrem beach
almost as much fun watching the young Indian lads, they are crazy, glad i wasn't on with them

Billy bluenose,
The meeting is at Lazy Days near CSM in Baga.
Ask the taxi driver to take you to CSM in Baga, should be 350 - 400 for round trip from Candolim.
The Go karts are open from 4 to 10 in Arpora, the cost is 130 rs for 10 laps.

Has anybody been to the go-karting track in Arpora recently? just wondering if they've got new karts yet. we've got a couple of friends out visiting soon with their 14 yr old, last time we went to Arpora the karts were a bit worst for wear!!
Thanks, GFF xx

Would the Go Karts be safe for a 12 and 6 year old?
chilly
chilly
The GoKarts can be slowed down but do require a fair bit of strength to turn the stering wheel (which aids in ging round corners
). Last time we were all saying 'oh my arms ache' after 10 laps (130 Rs/-).
It is GREAT fun though, I've been three tmes now and love it, last time Lin B, Shermina, Mic and Ali (The Indian Guy who works for our charity) went... I think I overtook lin 4 times? or at least three Shermina twice, Mic twice and I lost count with Ali!
I'm quite competitive... Great fun!

It is great fun but you boys get so competitive and drive far too fast. The last time I went Mr GFF almost ran me off the track.
Chilly it is good fun and safe for kids (depending on who they are sharing a track with)!!! Just be careful of getting elbows burnt on the engine behind you.

Nice one! I love Go karting. Didn't know they'd have it in goa. How far from Baga is this place?
Cheers

Hi Mardon,
It's a 10-15 min drive from Baga to Track II the karting place. It's situated next to Ingo's market in Arpora. They also have a track just outside Margao in the south.
Have fun!!
