Does anybody know the closest airport to West Wales that have flights to Frankfurt please? Youngest son came home from work earlier and announced that he's off to the Frankfurt motorshow on business (nice work if you can get it lol) next month. He seems to think that Birmingham's the closest airport that he can fly from, is this right?

It depends if he wants non-stop flights or is willing to go via a hub. He can fly Bristol - Brussels then on to Frankfurt. It'll be Birmingham or Heathrow for non-stop flights though.

Thanks Darren. I think he'll probably stick with the Birmingham direct flight as Bristol's almost a 2 hour drive anyway.
just make sure he doesn't book with Ryanair - their "Frankfurt" is closer to Luxembourg!
