Harry's are nice apartments on the main strip they are not that close to club med and no you wouldn't be allowed to use their pool as its private but we have many pools in kefalos and all of them are open to the public,
as to your driving licence I've had a look at it says you can only use the card licence for 12 months in the UK if I was you I would apply for an international licence which you can do on line and then I don't think you will have any problems.

No you can't use Club med...but you won't need too

Harry's is a stone throw from the beach.
Next door to the best bar in Kefalos....nice and relaxed.
There are swimming pools you can use.
