It's about 20 km south of Varna I think, you will have to negotiate a price with a taxi driver, or maybe take a bus, have a word with your holiday Rep.

Advise your friends to take plenty of insect repellent to Kamchia, last time we were there we really got bitten, esp by the river and on an evening.
