Many posters have just gone there via taxi drivers, rather than pre-booking.
There's a contact phone number on the Hanska Shatra (Khan's Tent) website, if required.

Hi, As Baldur says just arrange with a taxi driver to take you. It is in the hills a short way from the resort,( beautiful views of the resort.) You tend to get better seats and the al -a -carte menu.
You can of course book with your tour rep, but it will cost you more.

No you don't need tickets for Khans tent although sometimes we nip up during the day if we're planning on going that night just to check there's a table for us.
Thanks for all your responses. Might sound like a silly question, but if I take a taxi what time should I plan to arrive there? Also, is there a minimum age? I have 2 teenagers (16 and 17) and wondered if it would be suitable for them.
I'd go for about 7.30pm, gives you time to eat before the show starts. Don't see any problem with teenagers, show is for ALL age groups with dancers, singing, jugglers etc.
Show lasts until about 11pm then you can just relax and have a beer before going home.

Thanks Toonman
Do you have to have dinner there? Can you go up for drinks and sunset maybe and the shows?
