Bargain Last Minute Deals - No! not in my experience anyway, that may be though because I wont go allocated on arrival or anything bargain basement so to speak.

You can always get a last minute holiday in August, but it's unlikely to be a "cheap deal". You will probably pay not much less than the full brochure price and you will probably be limited to either the very expensive places (which not everybody can afford) or the budget apartments with limited facilities, or poor location (which not everybody wants). There are some good AOA deals but you take your chance with these.
i got a good last min deal this august think it was £738 for the 3 of us for a week in benidorm h/b a.o.l we ended up in the lavantie club apart/hotel 5 mins from the beach we had a great time. going back to benni next july but are going to book soon cause we want a named place this time. but if you are ok with a.o.l then go for it
Think we will go for a AOA because were Just sick to the back teeth of paying extortionate August prices.
Its about time the paying public woke up to the fact that some if not all travel companys are using any school holidays as an excuse to bleed the public dry.

Why dont you try to book a DIY holiday,we have saved a fortune by doing this.
