Not sure about meeting all your criteria in One Hotel, but on the Beach Front is the Hotel Cimbel, which is very Spanish Orientated, and i think has waiter serviced meals, but not sure of indoor pool or wifi in rooms. On the Avenue medditteraneo is the Hotel Belroy, which i have stayed in this year. They have internet access, a small indoor pool, you might just get a seaview from top floor rooms (not Sure), the food is buffet but is really very good, in fact its the best hotel food i have had in benidorm. In the Old town the Hotel Avenida, has a roof top heated pool (Small), and very good food but again buffet style. But dont think theres internet access in room but not sure. They have a computer downstairs though.
