yes you can use your macro card in tenerife.
there are two macros one near los americas and one near porta dela cruse the second of the two is the big one.
good shopping.

You do need to take you passport as well as your british card, but everyone very helpful.

Its actually in Adeje Town (not costa) opersite the Mercadonna hypermarket.

Macro card and passport will be fine as is a €10 note

The Adeje one is mainly food stuff.

I find both of them pretty tame by UK standards and not any cheaper than the other Spanish shops such as alcoampo and carrifore.
