are you talking about Alidhoo?? its a 50 minute plane ride and a 20 minute speedboat transfer to the resort, so its quite far away from the capital. but the location is very nice since its far from capital, you don't get much traffic both in sea and air in this area. so you get the real retreat feeling. the island is almost circular in shape and 35 acres. this is quite big for a resort. 99 villas are there and a spa is located in the middle of the island. the resort offers everything a good resort offers these days in Maldives.
