June is wet monsoon season in the indian ocean so you will either get lots of rain, no rain, cloud, wind or sunshine. I would predict a mixture of all of the above. If you want the best weather then go in the dry season which is November - April. Prices are obviously higher though :)

I'd say Maldives in June. Its off season and though it is wet mosoon, the past year two year has seen little rain during june.
