My Sister-in-law has a lovely apartment in Lagos, near the marina.
I spoke to her today, and she's shocked that she doesn't have any bookings for July or August.
She charges about £150 for a week. (She bought it for relatives to visit, but isn't interested in making
a profit, and rents it out privately if it's not required by relatives).

It's a 3 year old luxury apartment with all mod cons, and it's in a good location.
It's about a 10 minute walk into the main square in Lagos, and close to
beaches and amenities. It's on the first floor,(it has a lift) with shops underneath, and it has a
very large terrace/balcony, that runs the whole length of the apartment, but sorry, no pool.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 full size bathroom, and a separate shower room,
full sized kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave e.t.c.
