Returned home this morning after our 14 night holiday at riu ocho rios,jamaica.During our stay the hotel had a major problem with the hot water supply,resulting in every room being without hot water for 4 days.The thomson rep at hotel filled out a customer service form giving the full details of the complaint,and i signed it and was given a copy.The rep told everyone they would be compensated by way of a cheque being sent to us once we had returned home.I think it will be best if i also send an email to thomson now that i am home giving the detals again of the complaint,but can anyone tell me what department of thomson/tui i should email.
