Any idea if the usual markets are still open this year after 7th April, I did read somewhere that due to the rain they had finished very early for season

A friend of mine came back on Sunday and Mackies market had shut due to the weather, so not sure if they will reopen now.
WE went to Colva market in january its on a monday night, started at 6pm ended late.Thats the only market i know in the south, there are a lot of shops and stalls in Cavelossim. Hope this is of some help.
I believe Mackies is due to close around the 2nd last Saturday in April.
Mackies was completely closed on Satursday 22 March due to the rain over the weekend, but should be ok this Saturday, weather permitting.
Apparently next season there is no Ingo's Market, someone has bought the land and is building holiday villas on it.
