Miss P, I sure am!
Lizzyjo, I have never had anything waxed, and while I am sober I never will!
No way!
(I'm far too delicate = I am a wimp

Me too.
Went into boots yesterday and those simply smooth things were £26.66. I looked at the box and they don't have tweezer type things but a series of circular wheels that go in different directions and they guarantee painless hair removal.
Has anyone got one of these or knows someone who has?

With those simply smooth things you are literally sanding your hair off bit like those mitt things. I had one lying at the back of the wardrobe along with all the other useless stuff till I gave it to my sister. Used it once and wasn't impressed. Your hair gets rubbed off but so does your skin! I had a bath later on that day and must have had lots of little cuts/grazes because my legs really stung and were really dry. Had to use loads of creams to sort them out. Sister wasn't impressed with it either and it's now lying at the back of her wardrobe.

a bit like sandpaper discs, not painful at all unless you rub too hard, but they only remove the hair from skin level, i use the small one for my upper lip and my big toe!!!! yes i even have hairs on my big toe and the beggars are black..

Oh well, i won't bother with that then.
Definately sounds like a torture instrument to me.
Just taken my 14 year old to the airport to go to Turkey with his girlfriend and her dad, who also happens to be his deputy headmaster. So not cool to be going on holiday with your deputy head.
Shed a little tear as I drove away.
Just 2 weeks to go until he comes back.

Aawww Emma....
If your son is anything like my two, while you'll be fretting and missing him something rotten,
he'll be having a ball!

That's my girl!
My friend has her arms waxed too.
Why?
She's not even that hairy.
Each to their own I suppose.
