I'm sure there is a similar topic in here already which Pippy will probably merge when she comes on.

My brother used Travelsphere who were very good and Titan Tours are good, but expensive.

I doubt you would be able to tweak a pre-set tour unless you arranged it indepedently and travelled on your own rather than with a tour group.
