Hi Kirsten, Yes you can wear smart shorts, am going on Friday and I also was wondering about the shorts situation but I've read on another site (which is not as good as this site, Briar 
) that you can because of the temperatures at night are meant to be high. 
and that is off someone who came back a couple of weeks ago.
