It doesn't claim to be a five star luxury palace or anything but it does seem to have a very good solid management/staff/family team who do everything you need and keep everyone happy ! - all the reviews seem to be of people going back and back and back !

im celebrating tonight after finally sorting out my holiday for august! i'm out of my comfort zone as i've decided to depart from a package holiday and booked all the components seperately which is a first for me! (mrs davetraceyuk took a lot of convincing i can tell you ) anyway we have booked dayflights with monarch, £1172 for four of us, accommodation through thomas cook, rising star apts £880. stayed there last year and had great time i have now even booked my taxi with "grab that cab" so got two weeks for about £2100 which is probably £500 cheaper than the package method for same accommodation.
just 11 weeks to go!!!

Aww Dave am really gald that you've sorted it now Tell Mrs Davetracey not to worry it will be great We did DIY to Cyprus last year and it was fab. The only slight hitch we had was when we arrived at the villa the holiday rental company had given us a code to get the key but had 'forgotten' to inform us of the alarm code, so we were very popular with those people enjoying a lovely sunday afternoon siesta

I am a teeny weeny bit jealous......... ok VERY jealous, coz this is the first time in 10 years I haven't got a holiday booked

hi madmax, great to hear from you, how was jail? not too bad i hope. don't worry you will get your passport back in a couple of years hence you won't have to book "costa del hopton on sea next year". just try to remember that your suppose to pay to stay in a villa not just break in. i suppose infecting the island a couple of years back with chicken pox didnt help either, oh and the food poisoning episode with poor hubby.....ahhh madmax cyprus won't be the same without you!

Yes we went into the livas a few years ago, very nice staff etc, just got a bit noisey with karaoke at night and hard beds but all in all a great holiday. Central location as well, good price you got there
