You'll find further aircraft details and my trip reports on our What Aircraft? guide. As a low cost carrier, they don't offer IFE.

Have booked to goto Palma in October. First time I will be doing the online check-in. Understand there is a specific desk to hand your bags in at Manchester but coming back is there also a specific jet2 bag drop off at Palma airport?.
Thanks

        Thanks

Hi If i remember rightly there is, it's in the same place as th rest of check in,the jet2 check in was the last desk at the very far end of Palma airport.

Flying from Leeds to Malaga tomorrow-just checked LBA departures today and noticed the 0805 (my flight) departed at 10:09 today. Does anyone know if this is a rare or regular delay? In fact all JET2 departures from Leeds were late this morning-can't seem to find any reason why.

                delia,
Jet2, like all airlines try their best to run to schedule. However, there are many reasons for delays. I suspect the ones at the moment are due to the knock-on effects from the events in Majorca yesterday.

Thanks for reply, Darren-I think you are probably right about Mallorca-I guess there would be lots of planes in the wrong places etc.

MAN-DLM-MAN (LS921/2) are operated by a Boeing 757-200. You'll find further aircraft details on our What Aircraft? guide. Jet2 don't offer IFE as they are a low cost airline and it's one of the cost saving measures.

Hi, I will be flying LS891 MAN-ACE on the 27th August and was wondering if we would be on a winglet equipped 757-200 or just an ordinary one?
Matt

        Matt

                Matt275,
Only a couple of Jet2's 752's are wingletted (G-LSAB/C), the others aren't. They are rotated regularly so it's impossabe to say at this stage which of the aircraft will be assigned to your flight, but it's unlikely. G-LSAA/H/J commonly operate the flight.

thanks, we were on G-LSAA last time, any idea what's operating the flight at the moment?

                Matt275,
As I mentioned above, it changes weekly with the aircraft above operating the flight over the last month.
